Principal researcher defines the project vision, secures funding, oversees team progress, mentors junior researchers, leads publication efforts, and ensures ethical compliance
Senior researcher provides specialized knowledge and expertise to the research team, plays a key role in designing and executing projects, mentors and supervises junior researchers and students, collaborates with others to enhance research outcomes, analyzes data and interprets results for conclusions, and co-authors papers while contributing to grant writings.
Researcher conducts experiments or fieldwork to gather data, analyzes data using appropriate methodologies and tools, reviews existing literature to inform research design, prepares reports documenting research findings, assists senior researchers and the PI with tasks, and continuously develops relevant research skills and knowledge.
Knowledge Management and Strategic Communications lead on supporting communication designs and administers knowledge management systems at all levels.
Administrative Services manages human resources, finance, office administration and information technology.
